PREPARATION 

WHEN TO START SHOPPING

We recommend starting your bridal shopping journey 12 - 18 months before your Wedding Day.  This is to allow plenty of time for ordering and alterations. It takes on average 6 months for most made to order dresses and this doesn't take into account any delays. However, if your wedding is sooner don't worry as we'll do our best to help you find that perfect dress within your timeline. 

POLITE REMINDERS

There's so much to think about and with so much excitement, its easy to forget the small stuff. At SLB we have tried to answer a few frequently asked questions: 

1) Are Children welcome  - Yes, how magical will it be for your little one to see you planing your wedding and trying on that dream dress. However, we do ask that your children are supervised at all times to avoid accidents and children are not permitted to eat messy foods in the studio.

2) Do you have Wheel chair access - Currently we don't have access at our Abney Hall branch. However please send an email before booking and we will do our best to accommodate. 

3) Is there Parking  - Yes we have Free Parking on the grounds only a few yards away from SLB.

ON ARRIVAL

When you arrive at your bridal appointment, you'll be welcomed into a relaxed and private setting where someone from our team will guide you through our beautiful collection. 

We can't wait to help you find that perfect dress! 

WHO TO BRING

To ensure a comfortable and personalized experience, we kindly ask that you bring no more than THREE guests to your bridal appointment. This allows us to provide the best service and attention to you during this special time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you find your dream dress! 

ALLERGIES 

Upon arrival, we offer our bridal party a glass of Prosecco, Zero Prosecco and or Tea and Coffee, along with a small treat to enjoy. If you or your guests have any allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know in advance on the booking form so we can accommodate you safely. Your comfort and well-being are our priority! 

CANCELATION POLICY

At Soraya Louise Bridal appointment fees are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens, so if you need to reschedule, we're happy to do so with at least 48 hours notice. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll find a new time that works for you. 

In addition SLB kindly ask our brides to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. If you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel the appointment with no refund. While we will do our best to accommodate you, we must also respect the next Scheduled bride and we will not disrupt their appointment. Thank you for your understating.
